A clone of Lucius immediately finds his way to the central operations of the Twilight, with intentions to see one or both of the Kages of this village, and nothing less...

*The door opens and i am seen looking at Lucius in my spinny chair.*

He walks slowly in at the request of Jace.

"I'm here as a representative for the budding alliance between Vescrutian villages.. and have need to speak with your leaders.

(If they won't be on for a while then I'll wait.)

I'm here, what do you want to talk about

He turns to see Hisoka. "Ah, there you are.." He pulled out a roll of parchment from his inner jacket pocket, unrolling it for him to read. "On behalf of the growing alliance of Vescrutian villages, I've been sent to give you the following pieces of information."

"First, your request to join the alliance has been denied, as agreed upon by the Kages and other leaders of the alliance. However, this does not mean our borders are.. completely closed. The Alliance has the following policy regarding the Twilight in place, as of now."

He turned the parchment over to Hisoka for him to read.

"Seeing as how bonds have been made with certain members of the Twilight, there will still be methods for them registering here without harm. There will be a Foreigner group created specifically for members of the Twilight, and possibly even other villages of people we never met in the first place, but I digress. The general strength levels of these members will be centered around their Twilight counterparts, but will also be heavily watched by me (the Administrator) personally. Abused power-limits will be dealt with the same way they would be for any member of the alliance. In general, the Foreigners of Twilight will be seen as neutral to the rest of us. They don't bother us, and we don't bother them."

"Any questions, Hisoka Yuudai?"

FOREIGNERS?!?!?! WE ARE TWILIGHT NINJAS!!!!!! WE WILL NOT BE FOREIGNERS!

*I nod to Jace and he nods back I then open up a large blackhole pit behind lucius*

YOU! MESSENGER! TELL THIS TO YOUR SUPERIORS......THIS IS TWILIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*I proceed to boot lucius into the blackhole pit from which he can't escape*

((well apparently you don 't understand the way the system works, there are people who are superior to you in the way of "higher ups" which you arent a part of, so I'll talk to them...for now you may take your leave))

((Again, it's you who fails to understand the system hierarchy now. I just stated that I am the Administrator of the new site, and as such I coordinate the meetings between our Kages and deliver a final input on these matters. In-character ranks do NOT necessarily transfer over to power anymore. Se yes, while Lucius is an Anbu, I also created the site in the first place and coordinated it all, therefore I am also the Alliance Administrator. "Higher-ups" mean nothing anymore.))

((while you may be the site administrator for the new alliance site, there are still people who are superior to you, if you understand how the whole ninja system works its the kages who are in control of everything, because if the higher-ups say no, you have to comply, also if the other higher ups agree on an issue that you don't agree with, they still get their decision passed...you mean nothing as far as imput goes, you're basically just the facilitator of the meetings, the guy who serves punch....so yes you can leave now, I'll talk to your superiors like I planned to in the begining))

I really cant wait until this kage meeting off site... all the emotions ((mostly feuling from zk)) and the historical anecdotes will be a riot. and of course, hisoka will get disregarded like always... I will attempt to cool ZK's jets and ZK will get personal... but its for a good cause

Well... from what I was informed by Maze and Hisoka there will be a kage meeting, or a confrence call... I have kameels number, so ill call him and give him details

Most likely when I call Kazz hisoka and jace will most likely be on the phone too... of course, this will be discussed with the most open mindedness
