Well first I want to train my speed and then find out if there are techniques that can raise it even more. *I take out a bag that has weights in it for my feet*

*I look at the weights, never really being a fan of them, and since I never had to use them, wondering if they would help all that much*

Weights take time to get used to, Zaku, and once you do get used to them, youd have to keep them on then take them off, if you want to gain speed. You may use them, but thats not what going to base your training on...however..there is another way...

* My raikogan activates, and I look you up and down*

Well, one thing is certain, that skeletal structure of yours sure weighs you down, even without growing them out, they are considerably dense, making it hard for you to move swiftly. Hum, I would like to do something,Medical, if ofcourse I have your permission, that would increase your speed greatly.

*I look up at Zakuzu, wondering if it would work...*

You should be quite sore from the surgery, so dont move around too much. I just impimented a whole nother nervous system into your body, bring you up to two.
This will speed up your actions 2x the speed as normal. however, there is a stipulation. Because your bones are so dense, they weigh you down. This means that your only 3/4 the speed of anyine else who you fight who also has no speed enhansers. By introducing a second nervous system, normally, you would beable to move at twice your original speed. However, you must factor in the bone issue, so now your 1 1/2 faster than the person who has no speed enhansers. So youve gained speed, however, there is another stipulation with the new nervous system. This is important, so listen up. The nervous system I created in you, is not totally linked to your original one. If it was, your body wouldnt use it, and the nervous would die. So its hooked to your chakra system instead, so that when you need to speed up, you can unfluence the nerves to activate through your chakra. Once activated, your brain will be able to send 2x the amount of impulses from normal. This also means that if you use any jutsu, the nerves will activate, and you'll also be able to move faster again until your chakra has stopped focusing.

*I sign slightly*

Your only the 2nd person to recieve this procedure, so feel very fortunate. The Kentos can naturally do this themselves in their bodies just by using the Raikogan, but you dont have that option, so you'll have to use extra chakra to speed up, which we never had to use.

Hes the one of the only ones who can use our jutsu to some extent. Hes very dangerous,and a two-faced individual. But thats not important right now. Whats important is that you start to master this new nervous system. Then, maybe, we can move on to other things.

*I sit down to watch you practice with the new nervous system*

Try it out, charge your chakra throughout your body and then try to run as fast as possible.

*I charge some chakra into the nervous system and start to run from tree to tree and then I would go and try it out on water. After the water I start to use it and run up some steep places. Then I return to Kama-Sensei.*

Good, but really move. Dont just charge chakra throughout your body but also keep it sustained there.

Right. *I do what Kama told me and then do hat I did before exccept some extra stuff. I'd jump from tree brances like a monkey would do. Then I'd run from place to place as fast then i'd return to Kama*

*I take out my senbon*

*I throw 2 senbon about a foot apart from eachother each headed for a tree that is side by side with eachother*

*using the speed i run and grab the 2 senbon easily*

*I nod my approval, and then throw 2 more, this time 4 feet apart*

*I do the same except I use more effort and then catch them*

*I throw the next 2 10ft apart, try to determine the extent of your speed*

*Gathering the chakra I run and catch one. Then I swing out my hand and try to run closer and grab it*

* 3 senbon are now thrown each ten ft apart from eachother, at different hights*

*I charge some more chakra and run towards one. I jump and catch it. Then I run to the next one and grab while running towards the last.* 'Gotta do this'

*I try to run faster and then grab it*

*I send 3 senbon at different hights each 15ft apart, then another into the air, that will fall back down over a certain spot*
